Lafitte Phase VII — New Orleans, LA
A housing development in New Orleans' Tremé/Faubourg Lafitte neighborhood. The 51-unit project includes 45 new single-family homes and duplexes, plus six historic apartments. ELEC Properties performed the drywall, metal framing, interior and exterior painting across both new construction and the careful restoration of existing historic structures.
