ELEC Properties, LLC was founded with a clear mission: deliver commercial interior and exterior construction services with the precision of an engineering firm and the responsiveness of a true trade partner.
Manny holds a Civil Engineering degree and a Master's in Construction Engineering Management. That academic foundation — combined with hands-on commercial construction experience since 2020 — means every project at ELEC Properties is managed with technical rigor from day one.
We serve general contractors, developers, and owners across Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Michigan. Our scope includes metal framing, drywall hanging and finishing, acoustical ceilings, interior and exterior painting, rough carpentry, and final cleaning — giving our clients a single, reliable partner for the full interior scope.
